I provide counseling and wellness services to individuals, couples, and families. I also facilitate groups and workshops on an ongoing basis, related to specific themes and topics (often related to intimacy. These groups will be listed on this page when enrollment is open.
My specialty is intimacy, relationships, and sexuality. I also have had intensive training in trauma informed treatment modalities, and can also work with a variety of other treatment issues (including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, body image work, and substance use issues). If your needs are outside my scope of training, competency, or practice, I would be happy to provide you with an appropriate referral.
